Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive at Mussoorie on a two-day visit on Thursday during which he will interact with IAS probationers at the LBS Academy of administration.

“The Prime Minister will arrive at the LBS academy of administration on Thursday and will leave for Delhi the next day” said a senior official confirming Modi’s proposed two-day visit. “During his stay at the academy he (Modi) will interact with IAS probationers and will also address them”, he told HT on Tuesday.

Modi would also have breakfast, lunch and dinner with IAS probationers besides attending the cultural events. “This is the first time that a Prime Minister will spend so much time with them (IAS probationers), which is a record of sorts”, he said.

On Friday Modi visited Kedarnath a day before the portals of the shrine town were closed.
