A Delhi court on Friday issued a fresh summons against Bollywood actor Suneil Shetty for allegedly threatening a man for asking remuneration from him in lieu of the help rendered during the shooting of his upcoming flick 'Little Godfather'.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Lokesh Kumar Sharma sought the presence of Shetty, who runs a production company in the name of Popcorn Entertainment, for July 21.

The court issued the fresh order seeking his presence after it was told that the previous summons issued by it returned as unserved because he was not residing at the given address in Mumbai.

It had on January 18 issued the summons against the actor after Purn Chauhan, a stunt man who claimed to have helped Shetty as assistant director in the film-making, put forth a CD purportedly containing the threats issued to him by Shetty and the underworld.

In a complaint filed in the court in 2008, Chauhan, who is physically-challenged, alleged Shetty did not disburse the money to him despite his services in the Bollywood venture.

Chauhan claimed he had filed the complaint in the court against Shetty after Delhi police refused to register the FIR in the case.

He had claimed the actor owed about Rs 50 lakh to him as per the term and conditions of the contract.
