Special judge Sangeeta Dhingra Sehgal refused to free Vineet Kumar, chairman-cum-managing director of Kolkata-based Temptation Food Pvt Ltd on bail, terming the charges against him as serious.

“The material collected and investigation so far shows that allegations against accused Vineet are serious and in view of the observation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the accused,” the judge said.
