If the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 All-India topper belonged to Ghaziabad, the achievement of 32-year-old Trilok Chand Gautam, a convict serving five year imprisonment at Dasna prison in Ghaziabad, deserves no less mention. He has topped the Class 12 UP Board examination results declared recently among all 64 prisons in the state.
