Today is the last day to apply for a flat in Delhi Development Authority (DDA)’s latest housing scheme and the facility to submit applications will remain open during normal banking hours.

People can fill the application form online or offline. “This year, we have received 65% forms online. It will be better if people submit forms online,” said DDA housing commissioner JP Aggarwal.

DDA is expected to draw lots for allotment of flats before Diwali, October 19.

To encourage home buyers, DDA has relaxed its forfeiture clause from 25% to nil if the flat allotted is surrendered within 15 days.
