The Delhi government on Friday relaxed its disbursal process to ensure that development works carried out by special MLA funds do not suffer due to paucity of funds.

According to the new rules, half of the Rs 2 crore allotted to each of the city’s 70 legislators every year will now be sent directly to civic agencies at the beginning of the year.
