They were sitting across the table. She had an iced cappuccino. He had a yogurt and muesli parfait.

One afternoon we see this man and this woman in a central Delhi café. She was looking at him. He was looking at her. She would suddenly cast her eyes downwards. He would suddenly cast his eyes downwards. She would then again raise her eyes to look at him. He would then again raise his eyes to look at her. She was jotting down something on a piece of white paper. He was scribbling something on a piece of paper.

We looked closer.

She was drawing his portrait. He was drawing hers.
