Don’t know the city? Take a walk

In every nook and cranny of Delhi lies a little lesson in history. And if you’re the kind who loves the chilly winter of the Capital, you’ve just got to go on a heritage walk. Discover the tombs at South Extension and at Lodi Garden, walk around the religious sites of Chandni Chowk, or just get to know Hauz Khas and Green Park better.

Conservationalist Surekha Narain, who will take you on such walks, charges Rs 300 per person for a group of 20 to 25. Coming up are a Green Park walk and a Mom and I walk on December 19 and 20 respectively.

To register call 9811330098 before Thursday.
