The three men accused in the murders of Hewitt Associates employee Jigeesha Ghosh and journalist Soumya Vishwanathan moved an application in a city court on Saturday alleging they were beaten up in police custody.

The trio, led by car thief Ravi Kapoor, refused a test identification parade (TIP) by Sarojini Nagar shopkeepers and a guard at an ATM in Saket on Friday. But a senior police officer said that Ranjit Kumar, a 32-year-old businessman who was reportedly robbed by the gang nine days before Jigeesha’s death will now identify them.
