Vasundhra Pahuja of Amity International School (Commerce stream) and Sukrati Shrotriya of Delhi Public School, Vidyut Nagar NTPC, (Science stream) scored a whopping 96.75 per cent in CBSE Class 12 exams to top the Noida list. The mothers of both students, who claim to have studied six to seven hours everyday, are college teachers.
Vasundhra who lives in IFS apartments, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, is the only child of civil engineer Navneet Pahuja. Sukrati who lives at NTPC colony is the eldest daughter of S.K. Shrotriya, a manager with NTPC.
Radhika Gambhir of Uttam School for Girls in Ghaziabad topped the NCR town in CBSE Class 12 examinations, securing an almost unbelievable score of 97.4 percent in the Science stream. A "novel freak", Gambhir has now set her eyes on becoming a doctor.
“My parents’ smile is the gift for me,” said Sneha Aggarwal of Rukmani Devi Public School, Pitampura, after scoring 97.2 per cent in her boards. Scoring a full 100 in in Maths, Sneha is certain she will get admission in either St. Stephens or SRCC.
