The national capital woke up to a chilly morning on Tuesday with the minimum temperature dropping to 8.3 degrees Celsius.
According to the weather office, the temperature is likely to fall further in the coming days following a western disturbance over Jammu and Kashmir.
"Skies will remain clear with mist in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperature is expected to settle at 23 degrees Celsius and eight degrees Celsius," an official at the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
