This township in the National Capital Region with a population of 7 lakh will soon have some of the tallest residential buildings in north India.
Being built by real estate firm Supertech, it will stand 255 metres tall with 60 floors. “The building’s plan has been cleared by the Airports Authority of India and the fire department,” said a Noida Authority official. Supertech will unveil the project on Thursday.
The firm’s Cape Town project, of which the North Eye tower is a part, is spread over 50 acres and has been planned as a complete, self-contained campus with top-class facilities.
This is not all. A Dubai-based firm has approached the Noida Authority for construction of a tower with more than 50 floors for commercial use.
Besides, the Authority will have its new office in a 42-storey building with facilities such as a helipad and podium parking. The building will come up on a 17,000-square-metre plot in sector 44 along the Expressway.
Authority chairman Mohinder Singh said, “Ours will be a signature building with the highest green rating in the world – platinum. It will be one of the most modern buildings in the National Capital Region.”
