Superintendent of Police (City) A.K. Tripathi told HT, “Though we received some information from the public after sketches were released of the SBI robbery suspects, the claims are being verified. But there has been no substantial breakthrough yet.”

On September 12, two robbers had fled with Rs 10.8 lakh from SBI bank in Sector 12. A day before, robbers with toy guns had robbed Canara Bank of Rs 4.8 lakh.
