Online admission forms are what parents in Delhi want in the New Year.

With schools selling forms for the upcoming admission season from January 1, parents would be forced to queue-up in front of schools early in the morning just to get one application form.

Week-long leaves have also become common among parents to make sure they buy and submit all forms on time.

"If schools made online applications possible it would be so much easier for everyone. Parents spend maximum time standing in queues to buy or submit forms. "We will present a proposal before the managing committee next week and if it is passed then parents will be able to download forms from the school website," said Ameeta Wattal, principal, Springdales School, Pusa Road.

"Since a central admission procedure cant be implemented parents want online forms,” said Sumit Vohra, founder,
