The case of developing and under-developed countries will be strongly presented by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at the Copenhagen Summit on climate change, Congress on Saturday said.

"Singh will strongly represent the views of developing and under-developed countries at the Summit," AICC spokesman Shakeel Ahmed said.

Welcoming the decision of Singh to take part in the Summit, Ahmed said the developed, developing and under-developed countries cannot have the same norms regarding pollution.
