A Delhi court has granted two months of interim bail to Narender Ahlawat, an accused in Ponty Chadha and his brother Hardeep’s murder case.

Ahlawat, who worked for Chadha as a manager, was granted bail by additional sessions judge VK Yadav on “humanitarian grounds”.

Yadav, while granting the bail, said “He deserves indulgence on humanitarian ground as he is wheelchair-bound, and needs “proper medical treatment”. The court, however, said Ahlawat could not leave Delhi without its permission during the period of his bail.
