The anti-corruption campaign led by Anna Hazare continues to gain momentum from almost every section of the society here.

On Tuesday, a large number of Anna supporters protested outside the house of Faridabad Lok Sabha member Avtar Singh Bhadana in Anangpur raising slogans against corruption and demanding that the MP should support Jan Lokpal bill.

Though the protest was peaceful, police had to deploy personnel as a precautionary measure. Meanwhile, a large number of auto drivers showed solidarity toward the movement by holding a candle-light march.

The auto drivers also decided to march to Ramlila Maidan on Wednesday. “About 500 auto drivers will march to Ramlila Maidan in Delhi to support Anna Hazare on Wednesday and on following days,” said Vasudev Aheriya, president of auto drivers union, Faridabad.
