Some parts of Delhi witnessed light and sporadic rain on Wednesday. The maximum temperature settled three notches below average at 30.6 degrees Celsius.
The Met office has forecast more rain for Thursday.
“The skies will be partly cloudy on Thursday and parts of the city will get rain,” said an official of the Metrological Department.
The maximum and minimum temperatures will hover around 30 and 25 degrees Celsius.
Wednesday morning was pleasant and cloudy due to overnight showers and the minimum temperature settled a notch below average at 25.3 degrees Celsius. The weatherman said the city received 13.5 mm rain on Tuesday. Maximum and minimum humidity levels were 97 and 77 percent.
