According to the weatheman, the western disturbance, currently prevailing over north-west India, has caused snowfall in J&K and Himachal Pradesh and could also affect Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh in the next two days.

“We are expecting light to moderate rainfall and thundershowers during the week,” said BP Yadav, director, weatherforecast, IMD.
