Delhiites woke up to a wet morning on Thursday as rains continue to lash the national capital for the fourth successive day today.
Due to waterlogging in many areas, traffic came to a standstill and office-goers were stuck up at many places across the city.
Heavy traffic jams were reported from ITO, Connaught Place, Lakshmi Nagar, Lodhi Road, Mukherjee Nagar, Kingsway Camp, R K Puram and South Extension besides other places as police had a tough time managing the vehicular movement.
The showers were reported from different parts of the city, a Met official said, adding that rains will continue to lash the city throughout the day.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 25.6 degree Celsius today against yesterday's 24.9 degree Celsius.
The Met office has predicted generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers for tomorrow.
