Congress on Thursday effected a minor reshuffle in the AICC by making Vayalar Ravi the party in-charge of Andhra Pradesh and K Keshava Rao the in-charge of Assam.

M Veerappa Moily, who was in charge of both these states, is contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Karnataka.

The charge of Moily as the chief of the AICC media department has gone to general secretary Janardan Dwivedi.

Party sources said it was a “temporary” allocation of assignments.
