On Wednesday, the highest temperature was recorded at as 38.5 degrees at Palam. In Gurgaon, the maximum temperature was recorded as 37.3 degrees and at Noida it was 36.1 degrees.

Students of Delhi University too are lamenting the heat.
“Our final exams are scheduled for May and June. I wonder how we will be able to stand it. The colleges should provide at least coolers in the exam halls,” said Vishvas Arora, a DU student.
