“Mohammad Ishraj, 32, Asfaq Malik, 23 and Aashiq Malik, 32, conspired with truck drivers to steal goods being transported,” said Sanjay Kumar Jain, DCP (crime).

“On April 25, a transport operator based in the Tughlakabad area lodged a complaint that one of his trucks had not reached its destination,” said DCP Jain.
Inquiries led the police to Ishraj's Jaitpur residence and they recovered nearly 755 fans.
Ishraj's other two associates were nabbed and they revealed that they conspired with truck driver Surender Yadav.
