Two unemployed youths were arrested for their alleged involvement in a series of vehicle-theft cases in the capital, police said on Sunday.
The arrested have been identified as Brahm Pal (28), hailing from Bulandshahar and Raju (25), a senior police official said. With their arrests, police claimed to have worked out four cases of theft, including three in Delhi.
Two stolen motorcycles and two cars were recovered on their instance.
The duo were arrested from near Hanuman Mandir on Old GT Road in Seelampur on Saturday.
During interrogation, police claimed, they said the motorcycle they were riding when they were apprehended was stolen from Karawal Nagar. They were going to Gandhi Nagar to sell it when they were arrested.
