5,000 pledge to donate eyes

With more than 2,200 persons registering to donate eyes at the Aiims eye bank, the grand total has crossed the 5,000 mark.

On Tuesday, foreigners also pledged to donate their eyes. Francois and Katarzyn Stamm from Switzerland were among the eight foreigners who registered with Drishti-Lok Foundation and Social Research Society. htc
