Have a chat with my son, Abhay. There is a special ‘talking place’ at home where we sit, because his room is in such a mess. He is 18 and often makes me feel “we must have done something right in our previous life”.
Chill out. No counting calories.
I eat what I like… splurge on strawberry ice cream, pasta…. It is a time to celebrate.
From 5.30 am to 10.30 pm.
Begins with a leisurely cup of tea with my husband. Often go to the gym. In office, back-to-back meetings. At the end of the day use driving time to answer mails, clear paper work or connect with friends and family. Early dinner and a bit of television.
Suduko puzzles every morning.
24 hours a day are plenty if you have “happiness energy” within.
If you enjoy what you do, your productivity multiplies. Time is never a problem.
You must choose your job and husband carefully. Inner happiness means emotional energy.
ZIZO... Zoom In, Zoom Out at will
There’s no detail too small to zoom into when required and there’s no lens too wide to zoom out of.
Reinventing yourself every two to three years. Believing that nothing is rocket science if you focus on it. For your colleagues ask them to climb Mt Everest and provide all the tools. Dream big to get almost there.
