If you are planning a holiday within the country or abroad, then head to the two-day Hindustan Times Destinations Travel Fair, which is on at the Hyatt Regency, Bhikaji Cama Place.
The fair, which began on Saturday, has exhibitors from diverse categories of international travel agencies, national tour operators, international and domestic airlines, hotels and resorts, getaways and resorts, cruises and safaris, country tourism bureaus, online travel and tourism sites, credit and prepaid cards, travel insurance and travel accessories.
“I have always been fascinated by the history and culture of Egypt and it has been one of my dream destinations. So, I am planning a trip with my husband,” said Anita Ramakrishnan who attends the HT travel fairs regularly. “This kind of a fair really helps us choose a package according to convenience.”
The fair caters to all income groups since all the tours are customised according to the budget of the customers and they are also given a variety of options to choose from.
“We are getting married in December, so we are here to look out for a honeymoon package. Our budget is Rs 1 lakh and we have come across some great deals already,” said Aparna Ghosh who was at the fair with her fiance Ashutosh Shrivastav. “We are planning to go to Kerala or one of the South-East Asian countries.”
