Police said traffic on roads leading to the route of the parade would be restricted and no traffic from Vijay Chowk to India Gate on the Rajpath would be allowed from 5am to 12.30pm.
Similarly, no cross traffic would be allowed to ply on Rajpath from 9:30am on Rafi Marg, Janpath, Man Singh Road and the 'C'-Hexagon.
"Similar restrictions will be in place for traffic plying on Tilak Marg, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, Subhash Marg on either side beginning at 10am," said Garg.
