SC: hand over batcha case to CBI in 3 days

The Supreme Court on Monday gave three days time to the Centre for handing over the probe of Sadhick Batcha’s death. Batcha (38), a close aide of former telecom minister A Raja, was quizzed by the CBI in connection with the 2G scam and was found dead in mysterious circumstances at his home in Chennai on March 16. His wife had claimed he committed suicide as he was “unable to cope with the pressure” of the probe.
