State-run BSNL today said it will offer broadband at a monthly fixed charge of Rs 99 in rural areas.

Under the BBG Rural USOF 99 plan, customers will get a download speed of up to 2 Mbps and is allowed 400 MB free usage per month, BSNL said in a statement.
