The Chhattisgarh police is camping in Delhi to track down the family of a south Delhi-based industrialist. Suresh Goyal, the owner of Goyal MG Gases Pvt Ltd, is allegedly involved in a number of cheating cases in Chhattisgarh. Goyal along with his family, however, is on the run.

"Chief Judicial Magistrate in Raigarh has issued arrest warrants against Suresh Goyal and his family members in a cheating case. We are here to arrest the accused," said Bhanwar Prasad Mishra, Assistant sub-inspector, Raigarh police.

The Delhi Police too have registered a criminal case against Goyal as he had allegedly instructed his chauffeur to keep on driving when the state police team confronted him on February 15, which seriously injured Vivek Shukla, Raigarh's additional superintendent of police.

Advocate Vijay Aggarawal, counsel for Ind Synergy Limited (ISL) and the complainant against him, apprised the Supreme Court about this accident.

Meanwhile, a Delhi court has denied anticipatory bail to Goyal's car driver Neeraj Rana.

Goyal is wanted in a cheating case lodged by ISL, for not executing a contract after being paid R78 lakh in advance.
