Another rape case has come to shame Delhi. A 14-year-old Class 9 student was allegedly raped in a moving car by her neighbour and his three relatives in Nawada area of west Delhi on August 28.
Police have arrested one of the four accused, identified as Jasbeer, and are looking for others, who are still absconding.
The other accused have been identified as Jaiveer, Rishi and Mandeep.
According to a senior police officer, the matter came to light on Thursday, when the victim, along with her parents, approached Uttam Nagar police station and lodged a rape complaint against four persons.
The said persons lived in an under construction house adjacent to the victim's house.
On August 28, the victim was alone at her house when Jasbeer arrived and took her for a ride on his motorcycle.
He then took her to a place in Najafgarh, where the other three accused were waiting from them in a Wagon R car.
"They put her in the car and took turns to rape her in the moving vehicle. Later, they dropped her outside her house and threatened to kill her if she told anybody about it," said the senior officer.
The victim did not tell anybody in her family about the incident immediately.
But on Thursday, she broke down and narrated the entire story to her parents, who then took her to the Uttam Nagar police station.
