Community centre opens in Alaknanda

A community centre and a library were inaugurated in the Alaknanda area of south-east Delhi on Saturday.
A community centre and a library were inaugurated in the Alaknanda area of south-east Delhi on Saturday.
The community centre, which took five years to be completed, has been constructed at a cost of Rs 1.5 crore. The state-of-the art centre built by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is covers 3,000 square feet. A special stone has been used for the flooring. Besides, the facility has a big ceremonial hall and five rooms.
