Though the Congress finally seems to be reacting to BJP's media blitzkrieg, party workers are not impressed and feel much more needs to be done.

And no matter how much the party may have criticised the opposition for using extraneous issues for attacking it, it is now set to cash in on the nuclear deal, which is not a state matter.

"Chief minister Sheila Dikshit is personally coordinating the publicity campaign for Delhi assisted by her daughter Latika.

Crayons, a private firm, is handling the creative aspect. The N-Deal ad, however, will be cleared by the high command," said a party source.

The N-Deal ad, in fact, was supposed to be the first in a series of advertisements highlighting the Congress government's achievements at the Centre and city. "This particular advertisement will be modified for all the states that go to polls," said a party source.

The party was so far going slow on publicity and Congress leaders were getting restive.

"For the last 20 days, BJP is putting up advertisements all over. Where is the Congress? It is zero. Today, they have put up one advertisement and even that is not very impressive," said a senior party leader.

The first official Congress advertisement was released on Tuesday with the slogan — Cannot afford to stop progress — highlighting the Sheila Dikshit-led government's achievement in the field of school and higher education.
