A Delhi court absolved three men of charges of abducting a girl from a bus stop near the Supreme Court and raping her for almost a month in captivity.

The court said the girl turned hostile and gave a clean chit to the accused.

"Material prosecution witnesses (the girl and her mother) examined by the prosecutor have turned hostile and did not support the case... the victim rather testified that she had accompanied the accused with her free consent," district and sessions judge SP Garg said.

The court acquitted Amit Nagar and co-accused Anshul Kumar Pandey and Bhal Balender Pathak of the charges of gang rape and kidnapping.
