A 26-year-old criminal, a wanted member of Neetu Dabodha gang, has been arrested by the special cell of Delhi police for his alleged involvement in more than 20 criminal cases, including the murder of a Delhi police head constable.
A cash reward of Rs. 1 lakh was declared on his arrest, police said on Wednesday.
The arrested criminal, identified as Vikram alias Paras, had escaped from the custody of Punjab police in July last year.
SN Srivastava, special CP (special cell), said Paras, a resident of Panipat in Haryana, was arrested from north Delhi’s Timarpur on Tuesday following information about his movement in the area.
Paras is also infamous as a close sharp-shooter of the Neetu Dabodha gang.
