The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to auction 110 flats at the CWG Village and the reserve price for these flats range between Rs. 2.5 and Rs. 5.8 crore.
Spread over 27 acres, the Commonwealth Games Village has 34 residential towers with 1,168 flats. DDA, which has more than 700 flats in its share, wants to auction 110 flats first to get an idea about the market price for these flats.
It is offering two- to five-bedroom flats with area ranging from 1,443 square feet to 3,405 square feet. The reserve price of these flats, all of which would be given on freehold basis, has been kept at Rs. 1,85,195 per square metre. Tenders for each will be opened separately, with the flat going to the highest bidder.DDA will sell the brochure and tender documents between April 26 and May 21. The brochure and forms have been priced at Rs. 1,050, apart from VAT.
Buyers will also have to pay for parking space, with each parking space priced at Rs. 4.5 lakh. Buyers of two bedroom flats will have buy one parking space, three and four bedroom flat buyers two such spaces and five bedroom flat buyers will have to shell out Rs. 13.5 lakh for three of them.
If you want to apply for these flats, you shouldn’t own any residential flat or plot in Delhi in your own name or that of your spouse or children. DDA has also allowed NRIs and PIOs to participate. One person can submit only one tender document, available at the sales counter, D Block, Vikas Sadan, INA. The tenders would be opened at the auction hall of Vikas Sadan on May 21 at 2.30pm.
DDA will sell fully furnished flats with furniture brought during the Games.
