The Delhi Police arrested six suspected IM men, including a Pakistani national, for three terror attacks in 2010 — the German Bakery blast in Pune, the Jama Masjid shootout and blast in the Capital and the Chinnaswamy stadium blasts in Bangalore.

But the police claimed on Wednesday that 28-year-old Shahrukh, alias Ahmad Siddi Bappa, the mastermind who was also involved in the 2008 Delhi serial blasts, was still on the run.

Those arrested have been identified as Mohammad Adil from Pakistan, Mohammad Qateel Siddiqui, Mohammad Irshad Khan, Gauhar Aziz Khomani, Gayur Ahmad Jamali and Abdur Rahman. The last five hail from three different districts in Bihar - Madhubani, Darbhanga and Samastipur.

Siddiqui, 27, was the first to be arrested in the Capital on November 22. He revealed that he executed the Jama Masjid attack on September 19, 2010 with Adil, Shahrukh and a fourth accomplice, who is yet to be arrested.

On November 23, Khomani, 31, was arrested and led the police to Madhubani. Next day, Jamali, 21, was nabbed, followed two days later by Adil, 40.
Further raids in Chennai on November 27 led to the arrests of Irshad, 52, and Rahman, 19.
