Capital denizens woke up to a cloudy morning on Monday as the mercury, which had plummeted to the lowest this season on Sunday, climbed up by two degrees.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 8.8 degree Celsius, two degrees above Sunday's 6.8 degree, the lowest this season.
The maximum temperature was 20.3 degree Celsius, Met department in the Capital said adding the visibility was 800m.
The weatherman predicted rains or thundershower towards the evening adding the minimum temperature would be around 10 degree Celsius.
The runway visibility was normal and flights took off as per schedule at the airport, sources said.
