Unhappy with the transfers of its five top babus out of Delhi without her consent, chief minister Sheila Dikshit will be meeting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and home minister P Chidambaram on Tuesday.

Senior Delhi government officials said the chief minister has already expressed her displeasure over MHA's orders of shifting these officers and would now personally air her grievances to the PM and Chidambaram.

Sources said the CM is of the view that the five officers have not completed four-year tenure in their offices and transferring them out of the Capital just before the state budget without even consulting her was not acceptable.

The five officers include PWD secretary KK Sharma, transport secretary RK Verma, DJB CEO Ramesh Negi, DSIIDC MD Chetan Sanghi and sales tax commissioner Jalaj Shrivastava.
