Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport witnessed high drama on Sunday after an aircraft had an emergency landing due to a technical glitch. HT reports.
Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport witnessed high drama on Sunday after an aircraft had an emergency landing due to a technical glitch.
The incident occurred after a Go Air flight (G8 196) took off from the Srinagar airport for Delhi on Sunday afternoon. The Srinagar airport authorities found the tyre pieces of the aircraft on the runway and immediately alerted the Delhi airport, apprehending tyre damage in the aircraft.

Full emergency was declared at the Delhi airport at 4.40 pm for the flight, which was given a priority landing by the air traffic control.
