Gurdwara committee to provide buses

To help devotees reach Delhi’s two historical gurdwaras — Bangla Sahib and Sis Ganj Sahib — easily, the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) has decided to provide a bus service on Sundays.

DSGMC president Manjit Singh GK said the buses would pick up devotees from the Singh Sabha gurdwaras near their homes, take them to Bangla Sahib and Sis Ganj Sahib and drop them back at the local gurdwaras the same day.

“This bus service is for those pilgrims who cannot visit the two historical gurdwaras due to various reasons. Commuting by buses and Metro is also not easy early in the morning,” Manjit Singh GK said.
