The Kanwar Yatra, an annual pilgrimage undertaken by Shiva devotees to places of worship was concluded on Wednesday.

Although elaborate arrangements were made by the traffic police for the Kanwaria movement allowing for their safe passage and smooth flow of traffic in NCR, the rush threw road rules out of gear.
