Central Bureau of Investigation

Disappointed over the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) decision to close the probe into the Aarushi Talwar murder case, students of Noida's Delhi Public School (DPS) and friends of the 14-year-old victim will stage a protest march from Nirman Bhavan in central Delhi to India Gate on Thursday.

The march will begin from Nirman Bhavan at 1 p m and conclude at India Gate with a prayer meeting.

According to an organiser of the march, the students of Aarushi's school want to make sure that she gets justice and CBI investigates the matter properly.

Aarushi was a Class 9 student of DPS, Noida.

Aarushi's parents had slammed the CBI's case closure report in a Ghaziabad court, asserting that they will fight on to find their daughter's killer.

The next hearing of the case in a special CBI court in Ghaziabad is scheduled for Friday. The court will examine the CBI's closure report into the investigations. The court earlier asked Aarushi's father Rajesh Talwar to be present in court.

Aarushi was found murdered under mysterious circumstances in her parents' Jalvayu Vihar apartment in Noida, Delhi's suburban town in Uttar Pradesh, May 16, 2008. The family's domestic help, Hemraj, was also found killed on the flat's terrace a day later.
