Actor-filmmaker Kamal Rashid Khan, better known for his antics on reality show Bigg Boss 3, has announced that he is making a movie on the Aarushi Talwar- Hemraj Banjade murders.

This has piqued Aarushi's parents and the accused men in the case.

Lawyer Naresh Yadav, who represents two accused, domestic helps Rajkumar Sharma and Vijay Mandal, said he would take legal action against it.

“How can he make a movie on the case without seeking permission from my clients?” Yadav said.

“I will file a writ petition in the Delhi High Court and move the National Human Rights Commission to get the film stopped.”

Nupur Talwar, Aarushi’s mother, said, “We are absolutely horrified. This is a personal tragedy and not meant for public consumption. It is totally despicable that somebody wants to make a movie on this.”

“He (Khan) should respect our tragedy and show respect to our child, who is no more. We will seek legal opinion on this,” said Nupur.

Khan, who specialises in low budget Hindi and Bhojpuri movies, told HT, “The shooting, which would be done extensively in Noida including the school where Aarushi studied, will begin from April.”

When asked if he has sought permission from the Talwars and the accused in the case, he simply said no.
