A host of issues, including the solar panel scam, Telangana and Robert Vadra's alleged land deals paralysed proceedings in the on Monday, leading to two adjournments before lunch recess.

It was trouble from the word go when the House assembled for the day as Left party members trooped into the Well demanding resignation of Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in the wake of solar panel scam.

TDP members again stormed the Well, with one of them, Naramalli Sivaprasad, in the garb of Lord Krishna wearing a crown, a garland and holding a flute and 'Sudarshan Chakra' targeting Congress and seeking justice for Seemandhra.

S K Bwiswmuthiary, a member from Kokrajhar, was seen raising a placard demanding separate state of Bodoland.

The solar panel issue was raised in the House on a day when the Left is making a massive show of strength in Thiruvananthapuram, with LDF volunteers laying siege to the state secretariat as part of their campaign to demand Chandy's resignation.
