Man shot dead by brother-in-law

A 32- year-old man was shot dead by his brother-in-law in Preet Vihar in East Delhi on Tuesday morning. Police said the incident was reported at 11 a.m. from Gali number 1 of East Guru Angad Nagar.

“The deceased has been identified as Shakeel, a resident of Jagatpuri area. He was shot dead by his brother-in- law Munnu near Raju Palace at Guru Angad Nagar area. Shakeel received two bullet injuries in his hand and chest and died on the spot,” said a senior police officer.

Munnu is absconding since the incident but a case has been registered at Preet Vihar police station.
