The mercury touched a low of 13.6 degrees for the day today, about 2.5 degrees less than yesterday's minimum temperatute, the Met Department said.

The maximum temperature recorded yesterday was around 30 degrees.
The forecast for tomorrow said there would be shallow fog in the morning.
