The Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) of Delhi government arrested a Motor Vehicle inspector and a tout for allegedly accepting bribes for transfer of ownership registration papers on Friday night.

Inspector Rakesh Vaid and Sanjay Kumar were held after a sting operation was carried by a financier with the help of ACB.

The accused used to take Rs 6000 as bribe to move the files clearing the registration formalities for autorickshaws, officials said.
