One year of Kejriwal: Congress gives AAP govt zero in report card
The Delhi Congress will observe the anniversary of Kejriwal government as Chhalawa Diwas (sham day) and take out a march, to be flagged off by former chief minister Sheila Dikshit, from Rajghat on Sunday.
Congress on Saturday gave the Delhi government zero on a scale of 100 for its performance during the one year in power saying that chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and his party only indulged in politics and didn’t focus on development and governance.
“I will give zero to the Kejriwal government because I cannot give it minus marks,” Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Ajay Maken said, adding the first year of AAP government was marked by its “conflict” with the Union government and other agencies and shifting blame for its failures to others.
“The AAP government followed a course of conflict with the Centre and other agencies to divert focus from their governance and lack of delivery on their promises,” Maken said, while giving a power-point presentation on the one-year-old Delhi government.

“The Kejriwal government not only committed fraud by coming out with the weakest ever Lokpal, it also gave a 400% hike to party MLAs transforming them from Aam Aadmi to Khas Aadmi,” he said.
“The government also failed in its promise of giving a corruption-free governance as its own legislators and ministers faced allegations of corruption,” Maken added.
A report card, titled ‘Kejriwal Ek Saal, Delhi Behaal’, was released by Maken, party in-charge of Delhi affairs PC Chako and other leaders.
